Renowned Chef Alessandro Pavoni and the Ormeggio Team proudly introduce Cibaria Manly, a beachside celebration of all good things Italian – food, wine, hospitality, and gelato!

Alessandro says “This will be a space that embraces the European way of socialising, all day every day. Where a caffé turns into aperitivo, turns into a meal with friends with incredible wines. It is meeting place for friends, for families, or a late-night cocktail and gelato after your passaggiata along the beachfront."

Cibaria Manly will represent a distinctive and authentic Italian-ness, with a friendly, yet chic menu broken into the various ‘-ria’s’. Think of walking into a venue and finding yourself choosing from the ’braceria’, ‘forneria’, ‘spaghetteria’ and ‘pasticceria’ counters delivering exceptional bespoke experiences.

And yes, there’ll be some of the world class gelato artigianale that Alessandro and Victor Moya and their award-winning restaurant Ormeggio at The Spit is known for. The gelato will be available for takeaway on the beachfront from the corner ‘gelateria’ counter, or even better paired with a glass of vino and that iconic Manly view.

Nestled in the southeast beachfront corner of the recently relaunched and beautiful Manly Pacific Hotel and set to open at the beginning of summer 2024, Alessandro says “As a Northern Beaches local I know what opportunity there is in the area. I can’t wait to add to the Manly dining scene, this is a restaurant that I am looking forward to visiting myself, with friends and family!”
